Ypenburg is a new residential district which was formerly a military air base. Containing over 7,000 dwellings, Ypenburg is located between The Hague and Delft. There are a variety of differing approaches to the design and layout. Noteable examples include MVRDV's patio 2 and Waterwijk housing.
