A new apartment scheme currently under construction which utilises an innovative access arrangement broadly based on the Unite d’Habitation in Marseille.

The arrangement was developed to increase the number of apartments able to benefit from dramatic views over the adjacent valley. The proposals sought to maximise the potential of this former garage site, and includes underground parking facilities.
