A planning application has been submitted for new social rented housing on a brownfield site in Southport.

The scheme will include duplex apartments offering light and open loft living spaces. Sedum roofs will be used across the development to provide attenuation of surface water and helping to provide a ‘very good’ ecohomes rating.
