The greatest achievements of humanity have always been through effective teams. Even great individual contributions have invariably been underpinned by the inspired support of others. We recognise this principle and have chosen to ensure that development of the best teams is central to our advancement.

Building projects clearly rely on teams, some formed for perhaps only a single project. Success depends on common purpose and synergy. We would, as architectural designers, seek to build strong project teams where communication and clear leadership establish common purpose and direction.
